After becoming an official KUKA system partner in the USA last year, KUKA extended this partnership to Germany and the international market in September. This recognition underlines our many years of expertise and strengthens our position as a global automation specialist for tube processing.

Seamlessly integrated robot handling systems - KUKA robots take over handling, sorting or feeding directly on our tube bending and forming systems.

Efficient robot bending technology - our own focus:

We equip KUKA robots with a bending head designed by us - making the robot system itself the centerpiece of production.

• Eight synchronized, all-electric axes for impressive flexibility in the tube bending process.
• Bending in both directions (clockwise and counter-clockwise) after clamping - maximum freedom in geometry.
• Robot bending cells (one or two units) for long tubes, tube/tube combinations or larger quantities, without vibrations or complex set-up processes.
• Direct bending of already processed workpieces (e.g. with attachments or finishing) - this means that even complex components can be automated efficiently.
